Proof of Care for Your Most Critical Shipments.
SightFlow Pulse is a 5G smart label that monitors shock, tilt, and temperature—triggering an instant automated voice call to the driver the moment an excursion occurs. Document handling, prevent rejected deliveries, and eliminate "hidden" transit damage without gateways or driver apps.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers for Quality Assurance and Operations teams.
How is this different from a standard GPS tracker?
Most trackers only tell you where your shipment is after it’s lost. SightFlow Pulse focuses on condition. By combining 5G connectivity with high-precision shock, tilt, and temp sensors, we don't just track location—we monitor the integrity of the asset and trigger active interventions (like automated driver calls) the moment a threshold is crossed.
Does the driver need to install anything?
Absolutely not. One of the biggest failures of logistics tech is "driver friction." The Pulse is a standalone "Peel-and-Stick" device. It requires no driver apps, no Bluetooth pairing, and no truck-mounted gateways. Your "Proof of Care" data is collected and transmitted independently of the carrier.
What happens if a shipment is damaged in a cellular "dead zone"?
The Pulse has onboard "Black Box" memory. If the label loses 5G signal (e.g., in a remote area or a metal container), it continues to log every shock and temperature change locally. Once the device regains connectivity, it automatically syncs all stored data to your dashboard, ensuring no "blind spots" in your report.
Can we customize the alert thresholds for different products?
Yes. You can set specific "Red Alert" triggers for every shipment. For example, a medical imaging device might require a 2G shock alert, while an industrial transformer might be set to 5G. These thresholds are managed entirely through your SightFlow dashboard.
Is the label reusable or one-way?
The Pulse is designed for high-value, one-way industrial shipments to eliminate the logistical headache and cost of "reverse logistics" (trying to get trackers back from customers). This allows you to close the file on a shipment the moment it is delivered and "Proof of Care" is documented.
How do we start a pilot?
We offer a 5-unit "Proof of Care" Pilot Kit. This includes 5 Pulse labels and 30 days of full platform access. It’s designed to be "plug-and-play" so you can see live data on your next shipment within minutes of the kit arriving at your dock.
